We, the citizens of the United States of Free Cliffs, in our ambition to secure and perfect a new type of Government, filled with justice, bound by democracy, providing defense for everyone, and bringing order to this world, establish the USFC original constitution to establish the start of a new era.

We are the First ever state to have virtual territories. These territories fall under the Former Union Cliff. The Former Union Cliff is a first in the world and this bill helps establish how it works compared to other Cliffs

The USFC presents the First Bill of Law, which establishes the law system, the police, and the secret services. It also sets up basic laws for the Reliberated Cliff. This Bill took a lot of work and was passed by the vote of the entire national gathering and the senate
